Frank’s Auto Electrical Alternators

The only thing worse than jumping into your vehicle and finding it just won't turn over because you're battery's flat is finding out that your alternator or starter motor is faulty. You can't start up, and even if you did, if your alternator has crashed, your battery won't charge and you'll be stranded.

This usually happens at the most inconvenient time you could think of. To avoid getting into this situation, it's a good idea to have your alternator or starter motor checked as soon as you suspect there's a problem.

Symptoms can be slow engine turn-over, sluggish start, and dash light flickering on and off. If you have a voltage meter, keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't drop too low. It should show around 14 -14.5 volts under normal driving conditions. If you suspect something's not quite right, give us a call and arrange an inspection. It could save you a lot of money and inconvenience.

We offer a fast reconditioning service for alternators and starter motors, and we have a wide range of change-over, remanufactured & new units available.
